I'm a registered Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia Ltd. (DEA), holding a Bachelor of Disability Studies and a Bachelor of Primary Teaching and Special Education. With over 10 years of experience across the disability and education sectors, I've supported children, adolescents, adults, and families in mainstream schools, specialist education, therapeutic settings, and the community.
For the past six years, I've specialised in supporting autistic children and adolescents, with additional experience supporting individuals with ADHD, Down syndrome, and other
developmental disabilities.
My approach is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, giving me a genuine understanding of the strengths, challenges, and individuality of neurodivergent people and their families.
I'm passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-informed support that helps people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities to achieve what matters most to them. I believe meaningful progress starts with strong relationships, understanding each person's unique goals, and creating inclusive environments where they can thrive.
Whether I'm working directly with individuals, supporting families, collaborating with educators, or advocating within schools and the community, my focus is always the same: empowering people to live fulfilling lives as their authentic
selves.
